Jeff has extremely pale skin and burnt off eyelids, his most distinctive trait is his smile, carved by himself into his face with a knife.
He´s very slim but still described as around a height of 5 to 6 feet (1.5 to 1.8 m). Hes always seen wearing black skinny jeans and a white hoodie, both stained with his victims blood.
The smile on Jeff's face represents his sadism and overall bloodlust. His appearance shows just how much he will focus to harm somebody. Jeff is primarily presented as a vain, narcissistic teenager, who has absolutely no intention of following general rules and will only listen to his own self.
